We have four double bedrooms with lovely mountain views (all with en-suite showers) and two comfortable sitting rooms on the first floor, leading out onto a terrace at the rear with superb views of the adjoining pastures and the Apennine mountains, and onto a balcony at the front overlooking the courtyard. On the ground floor there is a vaulted dining room with wooden doors opening out onto the flagstoned front courtyard, ideal for catching the last rays of the evening sun, and watching village life pass by. A charming balcony leads out onto the bathing pool terraces, which are very popular with guests at breakfast and dinner time in the summer sun, with the Lunigianan hills and mountains as a backcloth. In the cooler months we dine in front of the large fireplace in the cosy restored Tuscan farm kitchen.
